The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is being conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI), and the tentative date released by the BCI for the exam is 26th March 2022. The BCI circular that was released on 16th January 2022, stated that the tentative AIBE X examination date is 26th March, 2022, and the registrations for the same have begun.
AIBE released another notification on 20th January 2022 stating that candidates who have registered for the AIBE X till 19th January 2022 midnight, need to login to their account and reprint their new challan before going to any SBI bank branch.
Candidates should also pay extra attention to the documents that need to be uploaded, making sure that the format and size are as per the AIBE instructions. If candidates fail to uplaod their documents in the correct size and format, their applications would be rejected.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) was established in 1961 and has its headquarters in New Delhi. Bar examinations are held twice a year. The Bar exam assesses advocates in substantive and procedural law areas. BCI publishes the syllabus minimum three months before the date of the exam. The passing marks for the exam are determined by the BCI. Advocates, if unsuccessful in their attempt, can appear again for the exam, with no limits on the number of attempts. Once the advocate has qualified, he/she will receive a Certificate of Practise.
