All About Rajasthan Master of Computer Application Admission Test (RMCAAT 2012)

Applications are invited for eligible candidates of Rajasthan domicile and from the wards of Kashmiri Migrants for the registration of RMCAAT-2012 for admission to first year of MCA programmes in Government Aided and private Un-aided institutions of Rajasthan running MCA courses (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other deemed, private universities) for the session 2012-2013.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA), which is very reputed course, has a wider scope in the world.

 

Eligibility Criteria for RMCAAT 2012:

• The minimum education qualification is 10+2 pass with mathematics. 
• The candidate should be a graduate ( 3 years of graduation is a must) in any subject from any recognized university with mathematics as one subject from any recognized university, with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST and Non creamy layer OBC/SBC candidates), without any approximation in the graduate Examination.
• Candidate with BCA, B.Sc.(IT) & B.Sc.(CS) degrees are eligible for the requirements of mathematics.
• The candidate appearing for the graduation qualifying examination will also be permitted to appear in the admission test but their admission will be provisional, subject to furnishing the degree of qualifying examination with the prescribed eligibility by 31st July, 2012 or as decided by Govt. of Rajasthan from time to time.

Application Procedure: 

• The application form for RMCAAT is available at Rs. 1000 from the university.
• The candidates can also avail the online facility.
• If the application is required by post then the applicant can draw a Demand Draft in favor of RMCAAT payable at Bikaner.
• The application fees will be refunded to those applicants who have not been allotted by any seat by RMCAAT.
