AEEE 2018 Counselling

AEEE 2022 Counselling- Amrita University will conduct the counselling for those candidates who have qualified the AEEE 2022. The candidates should be present in any of the three campuses for the counselling process, document verification and all other aspects which are to be fulfilled during the time of AEEE 2022 counselling. Amrita University will conduct the counselling process for those who cracked the entrance examination of 2022 with high scores. The candidates will be given admission to any of the three campuses of Amrita University. 

The counselling process is likely to be held in the month of June and the counselling call letter will be made available for the candidates in the official website of  Amrita University that can be downloaded from the official website by entering the register number and date of birth of the candidate. After announcing the AEEE Result, the counselling letter will be issued in the month of May for downloading. Those eligible candidates can attend the counselling process of AEEE 2022. Those candidates who qualified the AEEE 2022 will be eligible to sit for the counselling process.

AEEE Counselling Call Letter

• The counselling call letter will be available on the official website of Amrita University.
• The candidates can download the call letter by entering their registration number and the date of birth of the candidate.
• The admit card will not be posted or sent directly to the candidate.
• The counselling letter of AEEE 2022 contains the name of the candidate, registration number, date of counselling, timing, venue of the counselling etc.
• The candidates should carry the same at the time of counselling.

How to download AEEE Counselling Call Letter

• Visit the official website of Amrita University
• Enter register number provided by the university along with the date of birth
• The counselling call letter will be displayed on the screen
• Save and download it
• Take a print out for future references for AEEE 2022 Counselling

AEEE 2022 Counselling Procedure-

• The candidates should have minimum of 6 color photograph (size 3.5 X 4.5 cm) of the candidate at the time of Counselling.
• Aspirant needs to produce AEEE 2022 Admit Card/Hall Ticket on the counselling day.
• The eligible candidates will be given admission on the basis of the eligibility, age and +2 marks of the candidates.
• If any candidate who is found ineligible, his admission can be canceled by the University.
• The Certain percentage of the seats will be allocated to those candidates who have passed 12th class from the respective states in which the university campus is situated.
• State from where the aspirant studied and passed +2/ higher secondary will be the criterion for allotment of the state based quota of seats and scholarship under Amrita University.
• The candidate should be physically present at the time of AEEE 2022 Counselling.

Documents Required for Counselling

• 10th class certificate as a proof of date of birth
• Marks statement of class XII
• Hall tickets of class XII Examination
• Admit Card of AEEE 2022
• Transfer Certificate from the school last attended as a proof of the ‘State’ where he/she studied ’Plus Two’
• Community certificate (in case of SC/ST)
• Other testimonials which are listed in the call letter

AEEE 2022 Important instructions

• In case the candidate is unable to produce his/her original certificates will not be permitted to attend counselling procedure.
• Once the candidate accepts the seat allotment, his/her original certificates will be retained by the University.
• Candidates should pay counselling fee of INR 10,000 through Demand Draft, which is non-refundable.
• Candidates should be on formal dress at the time of AEEE counselling.
• AEEE 2022 counselling does not guarantee admission to various undergraduate engineering programmes at the University.
• Candidates must know the seat availability of the courses before attending AEEE 2022 counselling.
