Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme (PGDM)

KIAMS offers a two year fully residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme to train and develop managers for the next millennium. Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS) provides a state-of-the-art learning environment with top-of-the-line facilities. Programme objectives to be effective leaders, students must understand their strengths and weaknesses, and look for opportunities to grow by overcoming weaknesses and sharpening strengths.

Cognitive preparation is a mandate to challenge the future. They must also be able to understand organizational objectives, the relative importance of different factors and be efficient in implementing the ensuing policies. It is vital that they are also capable of convincing other people and at the same time are proactive team players.

Centres of Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS): New Delhi, Lucknow, Indore, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Harihar, Pune and Cochin.

Admission Criteria: The candidate should have passed graduates in any discipline with an aggregate of 50 percent marks. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the bachelor's degree can also apply, provided they complete their degree course prior to the commencement of the PGDM program. Selection will be on the basis of CAT, XAT, CMAT, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Candidates need to apply to KIAMS in two stages as mentioned below:

Stage-1: Rs. 400 for prospectus and application form (can be obtained from KIAMS campus or can be downloaded)

Stage-2: Rs. 600 as interview process fee to be sent to KIAMS (only for short-listed candidates)

Draw the DD in favour of KIRLOSKAR INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED MANAGEMENT STUDIES, payable at HARIHAR (Karnataka) and send it to the address mentioned below. On receipt of the application, the Institute will allocate an application number and send the Prospectus along with the acknowledgement.
