National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) is a leading educational Institute established by the Indian construction industry. It is recognised by Government of India as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation - SIRO. Major academic programmes of the Institute were started with technical assistance from UNDP and academic inputs from the faculty of Loughbourgh and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses
• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Offered from Pune Campus
• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus
• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus 

Eligibility:

• For PGP ACM: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 
• For PGP PEM: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• For PGP REUIM: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• For PGP IFDM: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 
• For PGP QS: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 
• For PGP HSEM: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with five years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria. 

Application Procedure:

Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR on payment of Rs. 1400/- for one programme or Rs. 2100/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune" or download theapplication form from website and send it along with the application fee.
