The Jangjeon Mathematical Society, South Korea in association with Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies, Bangalore organizing a 4-day long 26th International Conference “Global Advancement of Mathematics” (GAM) 2013 in Soladevanahalli campus, Bangalore on August 1-4, 2013

The conference proposes to overview and discusses several aspects for the development and advancement of Mathematical concepts both in research and applications. It is believed that such a platform will prevent the Mathematics from sinking around the globe.
The conference will chair topics related to Algebra, Applied Mathematics, Differential Equations and many more.
“We are very happy and indeed it’s a great opportunity to organize a conference on Maths and we fought with Russian University to get a chance to chair the conference in our college”, said Prof. Gurunathrao Vaidya, Principal and Chairperson GAM-2013.
He also said that this is the first time Acharya Institute is organizing a conference in International scale and he thanked the Indian Mathematical Society and Jangjeon Mathematical Society, South Korea for giving an opportunity to organize this conference in Acharya Institute.
The conference will have 23 delegates from different countries like, Ukraine, South Korea, Turkey, Japan, China, Canada and from more than 100 mathematicians from India will be presenting their paper on different topics related to maths.
S H Rim, Editor, Global Advancement of Mathematics, South Korea said “mathematics in the recent days is declining the quality and there is been a huge shortage of the teachers and such conference and events create more academicians in future”.
Shri B M Reddy, President, JMJ Education Trust, Prof. Adiga, Mysore University, Prof. P K Banerjee Principle investigator DSCE Research Project, Indian Mathemtical Science, Kolkata were also present.
