- Recitation of regional anthem: 2.35 p.m.

- Inauguration of cultural programme by the Principal S.I.P.E Law College: 2.40 p.m.
- Sattriya Dance: 2.40 p.m. to 2.50 p.m.
- Cultural Programme: 2.50 p.m. to 4.50 p.m.
- Performances by invited artists: 4.50 p.m. to 5. 50 p.m.
- Refreshment: 5.50 p.m. onwards
